Corrugated cardboard is produced from waste materials or cellulosic raw materials with brown, pale or mottled face. Europack Ltd produces corrugated cardboard according to basic characteristics and requirements to corrugated cardboard production in Russia, which are specified in GOST 7376-89 «Corrugated cardboard: General technical requirements».
Double-double face corrugated cardboard is used in the construction of large-size packaging with high resistance to strength and pressure, which is used for packing large and heavy products.

Layer pads and grates made of corrugated cardboard are used for separation of packed items, increasing the strength for a box and creating convenience in packing. A layer pad of a rectangular shape is the simplest. It can be used to close holes between internal flaps; to vertical harden a box. Layer pads can form a complex configuration in the form of vertical tubular, lattice and other partitions.
Vertical layer pads and lattice significantly increase the crush strength of boxes, which is especially important when stacking. Dampers of corrugated cardboard are used for packaging products which require high-grade protection from impulse and vibration loads.
